Revealed. Cocktail

The drink - a delicious aperitif

(ice cubes)
3 orange wedges
fresh orange juice, chilled
1/2 fl oz (15ml) fresh ginger juice
1 fl oz (30ml) vodka
ginger ale, chilled
a pinch of chilli powder
1 fresh mint leaf, for garnish

In an old fashioned glass, combine ice and orange wedge.
Fill glass with one-third full with orange juice. Add ginger juice and vodka. Top with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with mint leaf and drink.
