The Yoga Lab has two separate spaces to offer, each with their own independent access. The Yoga Lab has access off Lygon Street and The Inquisitorium has access off Eddy Street. The main space aka The Yoga Lab is an open area with transparent curtains separating the chill- out space at the front from the semi-sprung wooden floor, which is approximately 7.5m x 7.5m. There is an open kitchenette to the side of the space and changing facilities. The toilet is behind the back wall and is shared with The Inquisitorium. Located at the back of the space you will find The Inquisitorium. This is a cosy space decked out with beautiful retro gold vinyl furniture. The semi-sprung wooden floor is approximately 4.3m x 6.5m. It has a small prop store room/changing room to the back, a wireless stereo, a mini kitchenette and fresh white walls. There is an internal door leading to the toilet, which is shared with The Yoga Lab.Mailing List

Getting To The Lab

  • Tram numbers 1 & 8 run on Lygon St. Get off at stop #127 (cnr Albion St)
  • Bus 501 runs along Albion St
  • Tram number 96 which stops at the top of Nicholson St is a 10 minute walk away
  • The Upfield train line running through Anstey station is a 12 minute walk away
  • Coburg Cycle Route takes you to the back door!



  • Parking on surrounding streets – Eddy St, Bladen Ave St, Clarence St & Glenmorgan Sts.
  • Please note the ‘Clearway’ restrictions for north & south flowing traffic at peak times.
